Speaker Bio: Eric Schultenover
Eric Schultenover is a partner at Waller Lansden and practices in
the area of corporate restructuring. In 2009, Mr. Schultenover was recognized as
one of the Mid-South Rising Stars. Mr. Schultenover practices extensively in
federal and state courts where he primarily represents secured and unsecured
creditors, trade vendors and customers of debtor companies. He has represented
numerous secured lenders, creditors committees and buyers of assets in various
bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings across the United States. His practice
includes a special focus on the automotive sector, including commercial
transactions and litigation with distressed suppliers and vendors. Additionally,
Mr. Schultenover has extensive experience involving distressed healthcare
assets, the acquisition and reorganization of hospitals, home care companies,
assisted living facilities, surgery centers and outpatient centers.
Recent representative engagements in which Mr. Schultenover has
provided counsel include representing buyers in the acquisitions of an acute
care hospital in Tampa, Fla. and a psychiatric hospital in Detroit; representing
the senior secured lender in the reorganization of chain of Florida imaging
centers and in the reorganization of an long-term acute care hospital in New
Orleans; representing the exit lender to an acute care hospital reorganizing in
Los Angeles; and representing a global automobile manufacturer in dozens of
matters involving distressed parts suppliers and competing original equipment
manufacturers in courts in New York, Delaware, and Michigan, as well as
analogous insolvency proceedings in the United Kingdom, the European Union,
South Africa, Canada, and Mexico.

Speaker: Kevin Crumbo, CPA, CFF, CrFA, CIRA, CDBV
Member In Charge KraftCPAs Turnaround Restructuring Group, PLLC Kevin leads
KraftCPAs turnaround and restructuring services. He assists clients in a
variety of industries with turnaround management, restructuring, and related
services, including acquisition due diligence and forensic accounting. His
clients include public and private operating companies, commercial and
investment banks, law firms, and nonprofits. He has advised debtors, creditors,
and customers in domestic and international insolvency matters. Kevin began his
career in San Francisco at the accounting practice of Coopers Lybrand and
later advanced to senior management roles for distressed manufacturing,
healthcare, and technology companies where he was involved in numerous
turnaround and business combination projects.
In recent years, a significant component of Kevin's representation has pertained to
the automotive supply industry where he has been involved in over 100 bankruptcy
and distressed supplier matters, including large global cases where activities
have spanned multiple countries. The latest US economic downturn has also
escalated his representations in the areas of energy-intensive manufacturers,
homebuilders, and retailers. Kevin was an independent director of Yak
Communications (NASDAQ: YAKC), recently taken private, where his
responsibilities included chairing the compensation committee and advising on
the acquisition of troubled competitors. Kevin chairs the Tennessee Turnaround
Management Association and is a former chair of the Nashville Chamber of
Commerce's International Business Council.
He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
American College of Forensic Examiners, the Association of Insolvency and
Restructuring Advisors and the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Nonprofit activities include board service for the Nashville-area American Red
Cross, Crisis Intervention Center, Adventure Science Center, Historic Nashville,
and Vanderbilt University business school alumni. Kevin is an adjunct faculty
member of the Vanderbilt University Law School teaching applied accounting
topics such as financial reporting, valuation, and strategies for financial
investigations.
Kevin received a BS in accounting from the University of Kentucky and a MBA from
Vanderbilt University. Professional certifications include public accountant
(CPA), certified in financial forensics (CFF), forensic accountant (Cr.FA),
insolvency and restructuring advisor (CIRA), and distressed business valuation
analyst (CDBV).

planning joint meetings with IIE (Institute of Industrial Engineering) in
October, and in March 2011 we will have our scheduled joint meeting with ISM
(Institute for Supply Management).

To
become a certified CSCP, three dates must be kept in mind associated
with each
scheduled testing period. The Exam Date itself, the Exam Registration
Deadline Date and the Eligibility Application Deadline Date. The CSCP
candidates will have several opportunities to take the exam in a computerized test mode
through Pearson VUE and three opportunities this year to sit for the paper end pencil version of the exam.
